The view of the city from my room was quite impressive, offering a great backdrop to my stay. The comfortable bed allowed for restful nights, and the unique architecture created a memorable atmosphere.

The room could use a little updating to compete with newer hotels.

The hotel's architecture inside the Arcade shines with historic charm, especially when decked out for events like weddings. Rooms provide a unique view of the bustling streets below and showcase a blend of modern comfort right in the heart of the city.

Facilities leave much to be desired. a sizeable hotel without a pool or diverse businesses inside feels underwhelming. The streets outside can seem a bit dubious at night, and some rooms suffer from noise due to city traffic or nearby festivities, disrupting sleep, especially in the evenings. My room setup was also less than ideal, with sheets that didn’t fit well on the mattress and a bathroom placed uncomfortably close to the bed.

I absolutely loved my comfy room with two double beds! The location was a dream for exploring nearby shopping and dining spots, especially with amazing restaurants right in the alley. The staff were incredibly welcoming, making my stay so memorable!

Loved the salads at the restaurant! Can’t get enough of that fresh, local vibe. The staff brought us a TV remote super quick, and I dug the close proximity to the public library. Try Pizza216 in the Arcade for a quick bite – you won’t regret it!

Did hear some odd noises at night, but it didn’t knock me out of my groove – still managed to catch some z's.

the hyatt regency is located in a beautiful historic building that enhances the entire experience. we loved the king room with a city view, which was both spacious and comfortable. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. additionally, we enjoyed the spa services, especially the massages and facials, which were top-notch. it's conveniently situated near plenty of dining and entertainment options, so you never feel bored.

Unique and historic charm!

Had a fab weekend in a big suite overlooking the arcade. The room was recently updated but super dirty—sticky surfaces and a stain on the couch. The 1890 Lounge was a hit. our bartender Lindy Jo was awesome! Breakfast in the restaurant wasn't worth it though. Great location to walk around downtown.

i had a fantastic stay at the hotel. the atmosphere was incredible, and my room was spacious and clean, exceeding my expectations from past hotels in cleveland. the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my visit.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I greatly appreciated. I'm coming back for a holiday!

However, the absence of a pool disappointed the kids, and it was frustrating that the valet service was slow and not up to par. Additionally, the lack of complimentary water when checking in late was a definite downside.
